ABOUT THE EVENT

Join us for a series of conversations about care, caregiving, and relationships at the end of life, and learn from individuals who have experienced this journey. To simply listen, talk about, and acknowledge death’s imminence can pave the way for honest, thoughtful conversations that offer comfort and reassurance for both the living and the dying.

Session II

The Caregiver's Toolbox

9:30AM - 11:00AM

In this session, we will use a panel and story format to explore what many of us will experience: caregiving. Hear from individuals who have firsthand experience providing end-of-life care to loved ones. These moments have not only left an imprint on their lives but have propelled them forward. This remarkable panel will share their experiences and perhaps help others who may also be on this journey.

SESSION III

RELATIONSHIPS: WHAT MATTERS MOST

1:00PM - 2:00PM

One of the most important components of our lives is the relationships we have with those around us. In this final session, we will focus on relationships at the end of life. We will consider relationships between family and friends and those who are in the process of dying or who have died. Listen to individuals recount their personal journeys navigating end-of-life relationships as they share what they learned and how these experiences contributed to their own personal growth.
